Fed up with Flybuys [issues rectified]

I was offered spend $x amount for for 4 weeks and get 10000 bonus points. I completed my week 1 shopping and into my 2nd week. All of sudden, the offer is expired. I called flybuys and CS told me that's normal. The offer expired after week 1 so I can't activate it again. I politely told him that from my past experiences, the offers always stayed active for 4 weeks, and i'm not going to spend a cent if it says expired. The CS insisted there's nothing wrong with their system. So I guess it's time to say goodbye to flybuys.
We're sorry for the confusion; mannej is correct. It is a slight glitch in the system that means the 4 week offers may not show temporarily as each week progresses. We can assure you the offer runs for 4 weeks.

I've taken up these 4 week offers before. From time to time the glitch in the system happens, however the flybuys system keeps track of the 4 week offer, even though it doesn't show up in activated offers. I've had the offer disappear before but the points have always been paid at the end. The receipts are another way to keep track of whether flybuys are tracking weekly qualification spends although sometimes they don't have the Congratulations message on them but the points still get paid at the end.

As suggested by other members, don't give up on flybuys due to this glitch.
 
As the Flybuys rep said, it does seem to be a glitch - my 4 week offer has now reappeared on my Flybuys account, so all good :) .

The multi-week offers are a touch glitchy currently. I have seen a number of people suggesting that the target amount has shifted from week 1 to 2.

FB are generally quite good in picking these glitches up though.

In error, some members received a different target amount in a reminder in our weekly specials email on Tuesday afternoon. We sent these members a correcting email on Wednesday.
