Max Walker, virgin lounge Melbourne about two weeks ago (sorry for the delay in posting) certainly has gained a few kg.

Ok, That's an image burned into my retinas. I've remembered a few more:
Amanda Vanstone deplaning ahead of me somewhere in Australia
Richard Wilkins in LAX boarding QF12 ahead of me. He was showing off his new blue jeans (that did fit very .. snugly ..) that he'd bought for $50. The jeans were distressed.

Hey storyteller that's right - we forgot to mention all the celebs at the P1 launch...have we got all night to list them??

Does AJ count as a famous person yet??

We could, but again, why not just keep it a private P1 thing.
Hey! We were there. Does that make us celebs?

Not sure which sight would scar me more.

There were some famous faces at the p1 launch.... and yeah that would be telling.

I think I would be even more distressed than his jeans if I had to watch Richard Wilkins walking in front of me in a tight pair of jeans. Eew!

Presumably you mean Jesinta Campbell, who was the Miss Universe 2010 contestant from Australia (she ended up 2nd runner up). There hasn't been a Miss Australia quest since 2000.

I'd have changed seats to make sure she was beside me ;)

Meh... Not sure i'd get up and move for that, sure she is a nice girl and all, unless its all gone to her head a bit...

And I'm sure she will be waxing lyrical about it to friends, and at dinner parties, for many years to come... ;)

No actually, it was Amber Greasley amber greasley miss australia - Google Search. As I googled her name I discovered she was Miss World Australia. We had an empty seat between us, so technically not beside each other but we were really. I am sure it made her flight.

Very pretty, rather unfortunate that her name sounds like a character from a Harry Potter novel.
But then again I am just a bitter and twisted ogre ;)

The one time that you don't want an empty seat between you and the next person and its Miss Australia Amber Greasley....... sometimes you just can't strike good luck :D

Having dinner at Harvest Coolum tonight.Fellow diners included the shark with his wife and parents,Bubba Watson and 2 other Americans and the Koreans Kim and Choi.

I saw Greg Norman as well, but he looks like he has done the "Shane Hurley" - very thin, womens sandals on his feet ( !!!!!!) I wont say what was on his face (;)) with the third wife on his arm.

Oh for the days when Greg looked like a Greg.

Not flying/lounging, but currently in the Hilton Morumbi Sao Paulo for the final F1 race of the season. The breakfast buffet is like a who's who of motorsport and big business - as an example, Air Asia boss (and Team Lotus boss) Tony Fernandes apologised for me for inadvertently queue jumping to the hot breakfast this morning. To clear his reputation, he didn't queue jump, I changed direction due to the sudden appearance of bacon

Also, I was lucky enough to be a VIP guest (yes, fraudulent I know) in the F1 paddock yesterday, and got to starspot and see how the other half live... Apparently I can ID obscure F1 personnel from great distance but have NFI what the celebs look like. Apparently I saw Macy Gray and Jessie J, but couldn't pick them out of a lineup if my life depended on it. Managed to see Dannii Minogue in AbuDhabi (after someone pointed her out) and the King of Spain (identifiable by bodyguards, had no idea who he was). Good thing I'm not a paparazzo!

Not flying or lounging but I did see Allan "Alfie" Langer in my hotel yesterday morning.

Exchanged pleasantries in the elevator. I should have asked for his autograph but I did not want to pester him preferring to let him have some peace and quiet.

Both at SYD T3.

Guy Sebastian rushing to a gate...

Mickey Robbins in a sharp 3-piece suit relaxing at the J lounge...
