 If the dockers keep getting mentioned, that would rate Mr and Mrs Blogs in seats 164 Y and Z as famous (not only for sitting in non existant seats, but you get my point)

Couldn't have said it better myself

Even my best friends in Perf, who are fanatical 'Dorkers' members, call them that. So sorry but it came from way out of the West :!:    :D :p

When you next speak to those Freo chockers freinds in Perth, (whilst remembering to speak slowly and in easy single syllable words) ask them how many AFL premership cups they have in there trophy cabinet. You may have to explain trophy and cabinet to them.

Thanks oz-mark, that way no one can prove who did what.

You're right. He is only a 747 Captain :!:

Imagine the really good job he could get if he didn't support the dockers:p . Here in Perf, supporting the dockers is a career limiting move.

On a side note, what work is there in Perth for a 747 Captain?

I'll pass your comment onto my dockers supporting collegues. Just wait if you ever meet them !

For no other reason other than interesting, does he commute to HKG and takes the controls of a 747 from there?

No, more your IT Consulting company (although there seem to be a few auditor type people lurking around here)

Okay, done, me and my work mates versus yours, with tools of trade.:D

For some of their supporters, becoming a supporter was a step up the ladder (social, anyway)

Don't forget that the 'pies gave up a high draft pick for a guy named something like Steve McKie. The dockers used that draft pick to select a guy named Pavlich.

This thread is about 'famous' people.

I'm sure most people who follow AFL would be more than likely to recognize Mathew Pavlich should they see him. Even though he does play for the Dockers. As for McKie, what does he look like?

Exactly, so if you had talked of a soon to be former west coaster Chris Judd, we would understand, even though he is leaving. It will be interesting to see his first return match at Subi.
