Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

was offered 12000 points for 4 * $135 weekly spend.

rejected the offer and let woolies know the weekly spend was too high.

hopefully they'll get the message and see my usual shop is <$70

Well it appears if you comment on here that you aren't getting any good deals, A great deal pops up. Now this is much easier for me to achieve.

I Too received the same offer.
With the spend threshold increasing from $110 to $135 and now $145, this offer has become boarder line in terms of acceptability, when the spend thresholds at Coles are just $70, for similar offers currently offered.

That wont work:

'Qualifying amount excludes BWS, Woolworths Caltex, withdrawals of cash, purchases of smoking/tobacco products, liquor, Gift Cards (including iTunes), mobile recharge, Woolworths Mobile, travel cards and tickets, Carpet Care'

In a similar vein, mine is spend $40 x 4 for 4000 points.

Mine was $30 x 4 for 4000 points.

Plus 10 cent off fuel till Feb 5. Considering fuel is still high in Melbs and people have had problems with fuel vouchers crediting... Will have to consider depending on fuel levels.

Mrs WF got 4x$80 for 8000. Unlikely though if the points came weekly might have picked up the first week.

Happy wandering

That's a reasonable offer, but you'll be jealous. Our best 4 week offer was $30 x 4 for 4000 points. A slightly better percentage return. By my rough calculations the 4 weeks offers are coming in at the moment are somewhere between a 10% return and a 17% return.

The other 4 week offers our family received were 8000 points for $65 per week and 12000 points for $110 per week. One family member got a 2 week offer for 2000 points per week for a spend of $90 each week over multiple transactions. If we didn't get the $30 target offer we probably would have taken up the $65 target offer. We've got some back to school shopping to do but we've also got plenty of Coles offers at the moment to take up so I don't want to go overboard at Woolworths.

I feel a bit robbed....

Got the spend $70 at BWS the otherday for 2000 points ...and jumped on a couple of nice Red wines for the points.

Today, suddenly I get the Spend $100 a week for 4 weeks for a measly 8000 points....
Though it is likely to be achieved across ww n bws, it's still a bit paltry inmo.

To top it off I also got a WW Caltex offer of 10X points on fuel....

But then at end of day I got a Velocity Virgin offer of Double points on fuel on Australi Day, along with 50 bonus points for ANY in store spend in same visit.

A busy loyalty grabbing day indeed.

Will prolly achieve the WW by default WW n BWS spend.

Torn between Velocity and QF WW Caltex offers though.

But in saying that Velocity is my primary choice.

Time will tell, but as I said, heavy day on Loyalty fishing indeed.

$65*4 for 8000 and 40*4 for 4000.

Activated both but probably won't be taking up the larger offer.

$30 is good but we're likely to spend over $40 anyway so it doesnt really matter.

Just joined this thread. With these offers, buying gift cards is excluded, but if they are included as purchases with other items, has anyone had any experience of them being accepted?

The system can track gift card purchases within a transaction which includes other items. I remember one transaction where I had a few grocery items plus a JB-HIFI gift card. I got points for the groceries but not the gift card.

The gift card value won't be counted in the offer target calculations.

Yeah It tracks but you dont get points.

I remember about a year or so ago, i bought myer gift cards and I got/was reward points for it, now I guess they closed that loophole.
