Unlimited F travel to destinations of my choice...

Yeah that would be one really cool perk...

The good old days!
Fully funded company car with free petrol card and unlimited personal use anywhere in Aus
J class flights
Company Amex with FF points
Being able to choose which airline to fly
Free tea, coffee and milk in the office
Pay rises
Bonuses
Awards
Respect for the employee!

Just out of curiosity what type of work do you do? You always seem to be jetting about 

I am in IT. Live in SYD and work out in the sticks.

And I do 4-5 trips to Thailand a year and as I love flying I try to get the longest way possible. ;)

Back in the 2000's we used to get access to pretty much every Hollywood blockbuster film before it even hit the cinemas, that was neat and had great "oh seen that already" rights.

Apart from the ridiculous politician retirement benefits which would be groovy, I'm pretty happy as is.

1 - Fully paid company car including all petrol, tolls, servicing paid for
2 - free rental car during Annual Leave anywhere in AU and NZ
3 - quite extensive travel (mainly domestic Y, but still) and ability to keep all airline and hotel points

...but that's about the only things I am missing about my old job.

It's not about the money or perks anymore but in the old days when a humble award employee I used to get a day off a month. I always treated it as a day I could do anything I wanted, no chores, no obligations...

I don't get that same feeling taking an annual leave day I suppose because I am in effect paying for that

I'd love to have that day a month off now

I'd love to work again in an era where we used the word groovy! Now that would be groovy.....man! ;)

I've enjoyed good perks like J class for myself and family, company car with gov plates ( Middle East), Gov ID Card (untouchable with these in the Middle East), free alcohol, free family cruises (when I drove cruise ships for a living), regular expensive gifts and bonuses etc.
Now travel full fare Y, but get paid more then when I travelled J (it's a bizarre world), work 5 months a year and out off all our competitors my company has the best travel policy which I consider a perk; they empower staff and allow you to book directly with corp travel and offer some flexibility (within reason) and choice of hotels/routing, believe it or not this has cut the travel budget by 40% on some ships. Good HR makes a big difference.

OK, employer perks I wish I could get again is abundant work like I used to get pre-GFC. In my industry, it has not rebounded yet!

Hey, not just referring to you but it seems everyone here is an employee not an employer. So I was looking for perks the owners get. :p

As an owner I earn about 3,000 QFF points per day, every day. Not as many as some but I'm not complaining.

Interesting...I'm business owner too but haven't come across such income.

I'd love to "work" for a couple of years and be set with those benefits.
Did you say "work"?

That's a bit like saying the Q Board "works" well. Wouldn't mind their perks though...

Friend has that at his work. They work them hatdnso watch out for "dealer seconds"

Currently where I am
- lunch every day. Special lunch on Friday
- fridges stocked with food and beer
- shopping list to get stuff we want within reason
- fortnightly shoulder and neck massage
- endless summer for high performancers where you can work out of the SFO office when its winter here. Company pays

Thought you'd taken a trip to the big house, until I read the last line...
