As discussed up thread... if there is a minimum spend, try and exceed that minimum in case some items aren't available or are substituted. Items paid for but not delivered don't count towards the minimum spend!

Thanks for the info, definitely something to keep in mind, she got x-mount minus staff discount total $52 so hopefully it works

Had a decent points haul at the weekend of which EDR was a part.

Mother-in-law wanted a specific TV. Best price in JB HiFi, Dick Smith, ebay etc was $650. Myer had a sale and I manged to track one down at $609.

So:
1x$50 Myer Gift Card at WW with WISH Gift Card bought with Plat Edge. Net $47.50 + 30 QF EDR pts + 250 QF (spend $30 bonus on son's EDR card) + 141 Amex MR points
$550 worth of Myer Gift Cards at WW with WISH GC bought with Edge. Net $522.50 + 520 QF EDR pts + 520 QF EDR (double points on my EDR card) + 1567 Amex MR points
Balance of $9 paid with previous accrued Myer Reward Giftcard
1218 Myer points worth $12.18

Total cost $579 with 1320 QF points 1708 MR points and 1218 Myer points

Happy shopper :) Thank you AFF

Am I correct to think that by not accepting an offer will result in a better offer in subsequent week(s)? I had a lot of weeks of getting good offers without activating any of them and its apparent now that I'm activating my offers that they are no longer as fruitful as they once were.

That's my experience. With 4 cards in the rotation I'm constantly seeing the spend required reducing for the same amount of points (not including the double points offers ofc) as I'll use the card with the best points/dollar ratio that fits my spend.

I've stuffed up my 4x$50 = $100 voucher attempt. I could only get to a $35 spend in week 2. Oh well.

My experience is that it is usage that counts rather than activation. I always activate every offer as sometimes I end up shopping at WW unintentionally. My experience is that my offers get better if I don't use them.

2 * spend $35 for 250 points. One card used offer of 30/250 last week and one card didn't. Go figure!

I received a spend $100 for 500 points - they have to be kidding!
I haven't spent $100 in one transaction in over a year, haven't spent $50 in on transaction or over a week (using EDW card) in over 3 months.

Feedback sent.

Dad - 500 bonus points for $120 spend
Wife - 750 bonus points for $180 spend

May try and get my 3rd week of $50 spend and dad's offer done this week.
