Easy 10,000 QF points earn

my timeline data :

Paid for first box 15 JAN 19 .
Skip 1 week
Paid for second box 29 JAN 19 .
Cancel the services after 2 box .
.....
Waiting game
1 lot of 10K points landed on my QF account on 15 MAR 2019 . Exactly 60 days after the first payment .

Now time to get a new account open for another 10K .
 
I received my second bundle of 5000 points on Friday.

Have been repeatedly skipping weeks waiting for this allocation to arrive. Now to find the cancel button.

Look like if you skipped week you will received 2 lot of 5000 points in faster time instead of 1 lot of 10,000 points if you cancel the services after 2 boxes delivered .
 
I haven't received points despite my first order being on Jan 15. Decided to amuse myself by starting to chase HelloFresh for the missing points. Online chat told me to wait until 90 days elapsed so thought I might try email to which I received a particularly unhelpful response:

'The points enquiry you will need to contact Qantas as they have all the information when points are distrupted.'


This is obviously incorrect which I pointed out in my response (whilst resisting the temptation to correct spelling and grammar, nobody is perfect!...). I've since received an additional response asking for my QF number so they can follow up, so will see where that lands.
 
Finally got the 10,000 QF points today after about 5 emails to support. Had to escalate my complaint each time after getting run around. Relieved to finally have the points.

Is the offer still going? Might consider going again in partner's name.

Does anyone think it would be an issue to sign up again in partner's name, but boxes are sent to the same address?

I could send boxes to neighbour if it might void the offer.

They are now offering 2000 QF per a box up to 10 boxes (20K QF)

I used some of the language suggested in the thread about problems with Woolworths Pet Insurance applying Woolworths Rewards points. Basically, I mentioned they are not honouring their contractual obligation to provide points within a time frame they stated, that my view of their company has diminished, and that I will be instigating formal complaints to the relevant authority in the near future.

Well, I'm just about ready to throw in the towel on this one- hellofresh have stopped bothering to respond to my firm emails, I doubt the points will every materialise, hope everybody else had a better experience!
