Another site has just posted an piece about an easy 10,000 QF points earn. It may not work for everyone but the numbers stack up for me.

Thanks for sharing this! I will definitely do this and then sign up hubbie once we finish our first 2 weeks to get the 10K too.

If they are delivering to the same address once he signs up, I wonder if he will still get the points?

I've used Hello Fresh before (when I was super busy) and it's a good service, but I generally have enough time to shop and cook our own meals anyway. Happy to use it again for the 10K :)

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Yes, it's working now. I signed up on another page but it accepted the coupon code.

I was a previous member of HF but looks like that doesn't stop you applying for this offer.

Do we need to add our QFF number anywhere or does it connect with your account via your QF email address?

I can't see anywhere to add QFF details in the account settings.

Do we get $50 off on top of $25 or just once only . Can we combine referral code and Qantas Code together to received the points + $50 off first box ?

Hmmm. Not sure!

I don't think you can combine coupon codes, but perhaps signing up from a referral link is not considered a coupon? Will have to test with someone to find out.

I just shared my aff. link with someone so will let you know if they sign up and we both get the credit.

Not sure if you'll get this twice, I've had a reject in the past when I tried to sign up with a different email . Worth checking though!!

Can we turn the question also sideways and look at what would we get with those 15,000 points?

Signing up for 10 boxes means $650 outlay for the points. I could use them to redeem about 1.9 short flights in Y (plus pays extra $70 in fees) which would not make sense given those flights can be bought outright from $300 and up. What would be much better use of the points, something that would warrant the $650?
And before anyone does the maths for the evident grocery costs to cook 10 weeks * 3 meals * 2 people, it's just splurging when my cooking takes me to $11 per meal (excluding chocolate or nice wine - only the sky is limit with those :D).

I'm only signing up for 2 meals for 10,000 points and will then cancel. So with the discount it's $90.

Did you see the maths in the original post? They say:
This deal effectively allows you to ‘buy’ Qantas Points at half of their target value—and that doesn’t even take into account the value of the food.

T&Cs are a bit confusing. To me it seems you will only get 5k points after making 2 orders. And you only become eligible for the next 5k after making your 10th order. Then you get another 5k at the end? To be honest I find Hello Fresh vastly overpriced for what it is.

I just chatted with HF support to ask them to clarify the T&C and the CS person said you will definitely get 5,000 points after the first box. But you won't get the additional 10,000 QF points unless you reach 10 boxes within 20 weeks.

So I'll be cancelling the subscription after week one. :)

Handy for upgrades. For something like SYD-PER for example one way you will pay $700-750 for Flex Y and anywhere from $2-3k in J. Upgrade from flex Y to J is 10k points one way

It seems like the T&Cs could be implying this, but the copy on the website to me says something entirely different!

I did this last time it was offered. Back then, the structure was 5K per first 2 boxes and 5K for the 10th. I suspect they are implying the same for this offer but perhaps have written the T&Cs poorly?

I will try again for this new offer, as I don't see any obvious exclusion that would prevent me from receiving the points again.

That’s good to hear. I’ve also emailed HF support to ask for further clarification.
