Same for me @RSD
I thought it might be because Mr Flyfrequently and I share the same email. His activated no issue, went to do mine -Bad Error ( is there ever a good error 🤭)
The suggestion by @sudoer above to open an incognito window worked for me to resolve the issue - hopefully that will work for you too.

Interesting..... Hopefully it works!

Managed to get red to issue an out of sequence bill for my Electricity at no charge. Bill issued today on the app and paid today. Fingers crossed for the 20 status credits, will help me maintain Platinum.
Did you have to make the request based on a specific reason to get an out of cycle bill?

I am 2 (TWO!!!!) points short for Red, with the next bill not due to be issued until 30th December at absolute best…

A little confused here - the email says to show your QFF card - instead of BP rewards card - does anyone have any insight on this?
It's one or the other AFTER you activate the offer. It got me the first time also 🙂

I was honest and said i was chasing the points for the Qantas promotion, short hold as they spoke to the billing department and the next day the bill was generated on the app.

I told you kids to turn off the light when you're not in your room or you won't get an ice cream...

Diverted my morning walk for the past three days to stop in at a BP and buy a Freddo Frog - the small one (12g) is $1. Presumably you could buy something cheaper and it would round up to 1 point, but not sure what that would be.

I always scan my QFF card before handing over the product so as to make sure it has registered. When paying the pin pad displays 'checking for rewards' for a few seconds which hopefully is linked to it having gone through (also appears on the customer facing POS screen). Regular points seem to post the following day at 6:35am AEDT. No sign of the promotional points yet.

603 points with BP Rewards so far despite various 10x bonus purchases not showing up in the BP app or on the BP Rewards website. Will load up on Dare double espresso before Christmas to get over the line.

Had to double check the "Fuels and Cars" figure of 603 points today.

Can confirm that the 603 points are a mix of Uber airport trips and BP Rewards.

BP Rewards did reply to my email eventually, but they messed up the 10x bonus. Ended up with an extra 440 points - 10x44 points for a fuel purchase and not the 10x on the Dare 500ml purchase.

Will be enough to put me over 1000 points for the category so another 10SC coming up.

Well, you got there in the end with BP @termx

Is anyone else having a lot of trouble for the Health and Leisure category due to Binge? I signed up the Binge when there was an offer for 1000 bonus frequent flyer points, and the offer has since disappeared from the Qantas website (along with regular monthly earning of FF points for being a Binge member). Luckily I have a screenshot of this offer and have sent this to the frequent flyer customer service email.

They have replied back stating firstly I need to chase the points from Binge, not from them, and secondly, and more frustratingly, that ONLY points earned from Hoyts count for this category. This is untrue, as my monthly points earn from Binge and Kayo has counted towards my total so far, and indeed my last "progress" email from Qantas showed I'd earned 400 points in this category so far. This would entirely be from Binge and Kayo as I've never been to a Hoyts cinema in my life.

Could you have possibly been classified as an existing (or returning within 12 months) customer? That would have negated the 1000 bonus points Binge offer. I signed up using a different email address as I've held a (free) Binge subscription in the past and had no issue receiving the bonus points to get me over the line for the Health & Leisure category.

Hi there, yes it's up to Binge to post the points to Qantas. And yes Binge points count as I got my 10 SC with Binge (as did many people on this thread). Best follow up Binge, with your screen shot, and get those bonus 1,000 points ASAP

I can also confirm I got the 10SCs in this category from Binge. I've not been in a Hoyts since I lived in Sydney in the early 2000s!

Yeah - I didn't get the 1000 bonus points as, even though I hadn't had a Binge account for more than 12 months, it was existing. I had to set up a fresh account to get the 1000 points from Kayo instead.

My Avis rental from a couple of weeks ago has just hit arrived in the account so the SC's for Fuel and Cars should flow through in a day or two, just waiting on the points for some more ebay purchases to hit the account and that will see the Shopping SC's sorted and then I'm all done - 90/110 possible SC's.

If you've already been getting points from Binge, they may not give the 1,000 points.

The 1,000 points posted to my account just fine in early December.
