Same for me @RSD
I thought it might be because Mr Flyfrequently and I share the same email. His activated no issue, went to do mine -Bad Error ( is there ever a good error 🤭)
The suggestion by @sudoer above to open an incognito window worked for me to resolve the issue - hopefully that will work for you too.

Interesting..... Hopefully it works!

Managed to get red to issue an out of sequence bill for my Electricity at no charge. Bill issued today on the app and paid today. Fingers crossed for the 20 status credits, will help me maintain Platinum.
Did you have to make the request based on a specific reason to get an out of cycle bill?

I am 2 (TWO!!!!) points short for Red, with the next bill not due to be issued until 30th December at absolute best…

A little confused here - the email says to show your QFF card - instead of BP rewards card - does anyone have any insight on this?
It's one or the other AFTER you activate the offer. It got me the first time also 🙂

I was honest and said i was chasing the points for the Qantas promotion, short hold as they spoke to the billing department and the next day the bill was generated on the app.

I told you kids to turn off the light when you're not in your room or you won't get an ice cream...

Diverted my morning walk for the past three days to stop in at a BP and buy a Freddo Frog - the small one (12g) is $1. Presumably you could buy something cheaper and it would round up to 1 point, but not sure what that would be.

I always scan my QFF card before handing over the product so as to make sure it has registered. When paying the pin pad displays 'checking for rewards' for a few seconds which hopefully is linked to it having gone through (also appears on the customer facing POS screen). Regular points seem to post the following day at 6:35am AEDT. No sign of the promotional points yet.

603 points with BP Rewards so far despite various 10x bonus purchases not showing up in the BP app or on the BP Rewards website. Will load up on Dare double espresso before Christmas to get over the line.

Had to double check the "Fuels and Cars" figure of 603 points today.

Can confirm that the 603 points are a mix of Uber airport trips and BP Rewards.

BP Rewards did reply to my email eventually, but they messed up the 10x bonus. Ended up with an extra 440 points - 10x44 points for a fuel purchase and not the 10x on the Dare 500ml purchase.

Will be enough to put me over 1000 points for the category so another 10SC coming up.

Well, you got there in the end with BP @termx

Glad to report that Mrs excel has now earned the 20sc for cards and banking thanks to opening a new sniip account and paying 3x bills totalling over $1k to earn the 2k bonus points the offer for doing so.
