I thought it might be because Mr Flyfrequently and I share the same email. His activated no issue, went to do mine -Bad Error ( is there ever a good error )

The suggestion by @sudoer above to open an incognito window worked for me to resolve the issue - hopefully that will work for you too.

Perhaps it was because I did it immediately after opening and activating his.

Interesting..... Hopefully it works!

Managed to get red to issue an out of sequence bill for my Electricity at no charge. Bill issued today on the app and paid today. Fingers crossed for the 20 status credits, will help me maintain Platinum.

Did you have to make the request based on a specific reason to get an out of cycle bill?

I am 2 (TWO!!!!) points short for Red, with the next bill not due to be issued until 30th December at absolute best…

A little confused here - the email says to show your QFF card - instead of BP rewards card - does anyone have any insight on this?

It's one or the other AFTER you activate the offer. It got me the first time also
