Hi
First of all i don't no why my preview thread was taken down since it was related to Qantas questions. Oh though the questions i recently i ask was never answered and it's there for why i ask here because it's always good to know things.

So apologies if something went wrong. But i highly respect the forum and so you should do too without getting off topic.

So if i permit to ask here are what i wanted to know.

1: I have a flight to catch on the 787 Dreamliner and i be seating at the last back row of the Premium seat from Bne to LAX. My flight departures 830pm next month and i get to LAX by about approximately 415pm same day (unless any delays during the day or arrival) So since i have the option to change my seat for free.. I like to know where will i be able to see the sunrise from.. The left side of the windows or right side of the windows.. geographically i don't exactly know how the plane would fly off in it's directions but my ideal was to view that yellow orange beautiul glowing early morning sunrise as i like to capture that from my camera. And there for i ask you for this flight which direction is the sunrise is viewed.. left or right of the window seat! And yes i will have my window seat. I do like to see the views and capture it on camera. Was just curious to find out where is the most best view for this direction. it's a late flight next month.

2: Silly question this one is but still admire and curious to know. So since the Dreamliner for the Premium seats is a small group of seats.. Do the staff actually close the curtain all thru the flight or half way the flight the curtains where no one else can walk past premium group and as well business class.. So just remember i fly many times but not always with Qantas and there for i did notice the staff always forgets or delays to close the curtains or even they don't really bother to close it properly so it is more discrete for these on different group seats of the plane. Tho i be actually right next to one of these curtains since my preference seat was the back row of the premium seat.

3: Please correct me because i have no idea.. The Qantas Dreamliner from bne to LAX is the meals different for these on premium vs Economy ? If so what is actually different from them both when it comes to meals and or ask... Guess premium do get more privileges of more food to give ?

4: And one like you and like me and anyone prefers a good entertainment of things on the front tv you have on the seat. So i personally do not watch much movies or dramas. However i do watch alot of reality such as cooking shows... travel shows... Science shows and all that to do with documentaries. So i do not know how good or how much content and interesting things are there to watch with Qantas on the dreamliner for the tv programming. So maybe someone can bring light to this because my last experience with Qantas via HK it was pretty boring not much to watch just mainly movies that i didn't even like and very small amount of documentaries which end up not enough for that 8 hour travel. So i like to know what is there to watch.. I do like the news though... This Bne to LAX it is a 12 hour so i would of course want entertainment on board. Also im not into games or app games as it is rather childish.

Again thanks and these are questions i like to know but it also will help readers who may also be interested because i think it is good questions.. After all ou want to enjoy your flight and you have the rights to ask. After all all im doing is asking your help as much as you do when you want to know something as it is a forum for everybody. But please do not go off topic. It's important to stick with the question if you know the answer. If you dont no the answer then please do not message here.

Thank you people.

In Question 1. Also like to know the length in which i be able to see (daylight) or getting daylight morning.... since my flight departs 830pm i get to lax 415pm but i like to know how many hours will it be day light starting from the point of departure by 830pm and to the length when the plane is flying.. will it be day light in 4 hours time ? or something. Since the sun anticlockwise and the plane goes towards to East while th sun follows the west.. make sound though as if the night will be shorter but more day time longer during the flight. Who knows im not a mathematical on this.

Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Also, I don't know of any airports in the world where arriving passengers get their bodies and carry on luggage scanned before going through immigration or collecting their checked in luggage.

Both Atlanta and Dulles used to have international arrivals wings that were attached to the side of the existing terminals without direct landslide access... you’d arrive and have to clear full TSA security before being able to get to baggage reclaim and exit the terminal. Both have been ‘fixed’ now with direct landslide access on arrival.

I’ve been security cleared on arrival into Singapore. Very rare though. And generally only from ‘high risk’ origins.

Why do they hand out eye masks?
For sentimental reasons?

Another reason to avoid this aircraft. I can understand if the sun is too bright then keep the shades down but if sun does not make an impact or it is night time then I want window shades up. If you're trying to sleep or acclimatise to destination then use the eye shades available and don't ruin my flight.
