I think there was a separate promotion for flights around the same time if I recall correctly.

Ok but that is confusing. The 2 promotions are clearly different and don't really belong in the same thread.

I received these points which is good, I just do not know/ can not remember how they were earnt.

Yep, I very faintly recall now a post on here with "register here" which I blindly did then promptly forgot all about. This was ages ago.

Put it down to old timers disease

Still no double points for June. It looks like a long wait into October. Anyone had more luck than me?
 
Didn't register and received the points. No idea about this until I came across this thread.
 
I'm sure the 10 weeks since the end of the promotion is well and truly up but still no points for the month of June (for me). Any one had better luck?

Sent in a query two weeks ago ... Received a reply within 24 hours asking for a copy of the e-tickets :rolleyes::mad:

I replied nicely but appropriately and have received no further response.

Will try again later in the week.
 
As mentioned in 4 accounts all were missing one month, points for the WR, and in 2 of the 4 points for Epiqure (2 received).

Sent a fortnight ago. Auto response saying query would be looked into, BUT that they were very busy (what type of cough excuse is that from a big company???). No further response. The two missing Epiqure bonus points in particular should have been be straight forward.
 
I received 2 x 5k points from this promo on 24 August. My wife received 1 x 5k and 1 x 790 points on the same day. Seems like we only got the points for two of the three months.
 
I've decided I also need to query QFF so email sent and autoreply received (we're very busy...................).
 
I received another reply asking me to ring QFF. The call was answered within 5 minutes and I have been advised I will have the missing 5000 points in my account within 3-5 business days. Here's hoping.
 
Hoping didn't help and the silence from QFF is deafening. Two of us are still missing points for June but even the automated email replies have stopped coming.
 
Another phone call. It was answered but the reply was "there are a lot of requests for this bonus points promotion which are awaiting validation". No completion date available.

My timeline so far:

23rd September - My Initial Query
25th September - Reply from Qantas Loyalty asking for e-tickets
25th September - My response regarding the promotion and how e-tickets are not relevant.
6th October - Reply from Qantas Loyalty asking for my promotion registration information.
6th October - My reply including Promotion registration email and T&C's.
17th October - Reply from Qantas Loyalty indicating the points have already posted.
17th October - My Reply - no they haven't - there's a shortfall of 12K+ - detail supplied

If nothing by Monday afternoon I'll call.

Each time I send an email I get a new SR (service request?) number - my last email referenced the three existing and now I have four.

So I called and after a short hold, nicely spoke to a sympathetic agent who ask me to wait while they reviewed my recent contacts.

They came back after three minutes and advised my request was to be submitted for review and they would have a response for me within three business days. I was also asked for best 'phone contact number.

So the waiting continues - but hopefully some light at the end of the tunnel.
