Re: Double the Qantas Points you earn on the ground (UPDATE - and in the air)

And I was only expecting the 5k (for Woolies points) to post so I was a bit shocked to get the other 10k tbh.

Guess I'm happy. Sorry for all those that seem to be missing credit :(

Re: Double the Qantas Points you earn on the ground (UPDATE - and in the air)

I think I'm missing under 3k points but those points would be nice to get still.

Re: Double the Qantas Points you earn on the ground (UPDATE - and in the air)

I can't make sense of the points amounts credited. One credit of 5,000 points, the other two much less than expected. I had Woolworths points plus an Epiqure transaction that should have been eligible in different periods, so was expecting at least 2x 5,000.

Re: Double the Qantas Points you earn on the ground (UPDATE - and in the air)

I should have got more points for the last month as I had points earned on the ground in the 14th June to 13th July period. Hopefully those credit soon. Still my spend was a lot lower than many here over the 3 months.

Spend had to be before 13 June, with points posting allowed by 13 July..
To take advantage of this amazing limited time offer, simply register, then make eligible purchases or bookings between 30 March and 13 June 2017 (excludes all flights or points won in a competition). Eligible points credited to your account by 13 July 2017 will receive double points up to a maximum of 5,000 per month (that’s a potential 15,000 points in total)

Re: Double the Qantas Points you earn on the ground (UPDATE - and in the air)

Ah, that would explain it then.

Re: Double the Qantas Points you earn on the ground (UPDATE - and in the air)

Not happy here either! Same issue with Epiqure but cant really work out how they calculated this.

Of course, I had 2610 post on June 16th - not one of my three postings is even half of that figure.

As best as I can figure out, the Date on the statement had to be before July 13. The date listed in the description of the points posting had do be before June 13.

Re: Double the Qantas Points you earn on the ground (UPDATE - and in the air)

There's not a whole lot of ambiguity when it comes to mine. The basic Epiqure points were counted, the bonus ones didn't. They obviously posted on the same day each time.

Based on that no WW points could be eligible with their set posting dates of Mar 15, Jun 15, Sep 15 and Dec 15.

Then why bother with these T&C's as posted here:
WW Rewards Conversion hasn't credited correctly either (i.e it hasn't credited at all).

It was covered specifically by the T&C's

Every 2,000 Woolworths Points earned will be converted to 10 Woolworths Dollars which will then be converted to 870 Qantas Points. The next conversion by Woolworths will occur on 15 June 2017, to be part of this conversion, you need to select Qantas Points as your reward option by 9pm 13 June 2017. Please allow up to seven days from Woolworths' conversion date for Qantas Points to appear in your Qantas Frequent Flyer Account. Woolworths Rewards is not available in Tasmania.

I am currently cross-checking, but only have 1 month correct at this stage.

Re: Double the Qantas Points you earn on the ground (UPDATE - and in the air)

I had a lot credit not longer after June 13 including some from Woolworths. Oh well. Some free points is a lot better than none.

Maybe QF intends to do more of these promos in the future and largely reuse the same T&Cs.

Dunno, but I made comment about WW In post 13.

Dunno, but I made comment about WW In post 13.

Which was corrected in post 17 with a reference to the T&C's.

I have revisted that:
So how does the 13 June fit in?
To take advantage of this offer, you must register and make an eligible purchase or booking between 30 March and 13 June 2017
, but there is nothing available to indicate you were correct - only that one had to "select Qantas Points as your reward option by 9pm 13 June ".

Going further with WW only points for purchases that credit on Jun 15 would count.

I'm going back to this:

As far as the key T&C's go:
A maximum of 5,000 bonus Qantas Points will be awarded per member per month between 30 March 2017 and 13 July 2017, up to a total of 15,000 bonus Qantas Points. Month 1: 30 March - 30 April 2017; Month 2: 1 May - 31 May 2017; and Month 3: 1 June - 13 July 2017. All bonus points earned as part of this promotion will be credited into your account within 10 weeks of the promotion end date. To view all partners, visit qantaspoints.com/earn-points.
Now, I have bankwest, Restaurant, WW, Epiqure, Qantas Money transactions earning over 22000 points in the entire period, with over 5K in two of the 'months' and nearly 4K in the other.

I have been credited a little over 1½K in total.

and yet they haven't been paid....
Amongst quite a few for other parters as well.

As for Epiqure bonus points, these were specifically included as eligible in the original offer:
Right now, you can double the Qantas Points you earn on the ground and have credited before 13 July 2017[1] (up to a maximum of 5,000 per month) to help you reach your dream destination sooner. That includes bonus points.

I can't even reconcile any of the transactions with the three totals.

Re: Double the Qantas Points you earn on the ground (UPDATE - and in the air)

and yet they haven't been paid....

Which is in clear contradiction to the T&C's. Enough of the circular argument.

Re: Double the Qantas Points you earn on the ground (UPDATE - and in the air)

I still don't understand the promotion but I suspect my three times 5k are a result of the Bankwest Qantas transaction account where I earn five figures a month.

Re: Double the Qantas Points you earn on the ground (UPDATE - and in the air)

Seems very confusing as to how it is worked out, but the 3 lots of points I got roughly match what's on my QF transaction report. Pretty sure the final period ended 13 June as I had a transfer of 1977 points from my WOW Platinum cc on 6 June, and I got 1977 bonus points. Nothing after 13 June counted. The earlier two months almost agree. I got 2119 points for Mar/April, but my statement says I earned 2129 points. In May I earned 3805 points, but only got 3757 bonus points - 19 points for a Kogan purchase, and 29 points on a WOW Plat transfer were not counted? Weird. Anyway, I am extremely happy with a bonus of 7853 points. I have now exceeded my target of 380,000 points for two premium economy return flights to London for my partner and I. But I'll probably never get the seats, as I have no status.
