It is very unclear if CC earn is eligible for double points. I would have to assume that 'excludes transfers from a rewards program' also excludes CC earn but they do talk about transfers from WWR as being eligible.

Looks like WWR and Online purchases using the Qantas portal are eligible. Probably hotel bookings as well.

Hard to be sure but I'd say credit card purchases won't be but could be wrong.

If it's only for viable activity or opt in arrangements than getting people to select points earn on WWR or using Qantas portal for online purchase drives extra points to them (companies have to buy them from QFF). You can see how hard they have been promoting WWR being linked to QF.

However adding bonus points to credit card swipes makes no sense they would get them anyway unless QF think the increase in points will get people to make more CC purchases.

I think the promotion is to get people to use points earning platforms they aren't currently but it's only a guess.

Tried registering for the first promotion using the Register Now link and I get a confirmation for a double points on flights promotion (different promo). Using the link at the top of the message did work though.i Oh well, registered for both of them now.

It seems this promo will double any Woolworths rewards converted to Qantas up until 13 June. The next Woolworths > Qantas conversion is due around 16 June, so that will help with your double bonus in the 3rd month. Essentially any Woolworths points promos over next two and a half months are doubled if converting to Qantas (and of course up to the limit of 5,000 for that month).

It also seems Epiqure bonuses are included, therefore time an epiqure bonus to fall into this month or next to max out the 5,000 bonus. Eg. 10,000 bonus from epiqure will give you 15,000 Qantas points, makes some epiqure deals more attractive if you haven't earned up to 5,000 from other sources that month.

I see a lot of opportunities with this promo to max out the 15,000 on offer if you don't earn enough to max it our from credit card spend!

I agree. The promo is not clear. I assume it's intended to mean if you have a Qantas points earning credit card, whatever points you earn in the promotion period will be doubled. But is it?

My guess is that direct earn credit card points will be eligible.

By excluding "reward programs" I think they're excluding programs where transfer to Qantas is a discretionary transaction that can be initiated at will (particularly Amex Ascent Premium and hotel programs that allow transfer to Qantas)

It is a pity that it is so imprecise as to what is included or excluded.

If we get WR included, unfortunately as spend from say eBay etc can take a while to show up it will probably arrive in the smae block of time as the WR points. and as I would expect 5000 QFF points from WR it would mean that any other spend arriving in that 6 week block will count for zero.

One think I will do though is try and make sure all of my family WR accounts achieve 5000 QFF Points as normally I just decide by what the best offer is. Some weeks I do not take all offers up though, and so will have to factor this into my thinking.

I think the reference in 'Month 3' of 13 July is to capture transactions made up to 13 June where points may take a little of time to hit the QFF acct (e.g. WR).
