You could always try to call but they would likely refer to six weeks

but honestly I wouldn't expect a status match to be processed in time for a trip this or next week

No harm asking, possibly several times! Squeaking wheels get the oil and in your position, I'd be squeaking.

Pleased to see the Nov flight processed DSC within 6 weeks without having to call. Also interesting to see that the DSC item dated 31 Dec for the Nov flight shows up on my statements for both December and November when I choose the month.

Makes one think that there is definitely an element of manual processing in the DSC process. I too had a "catch up" day on the 31st, although there are still some outstanding.

Seems QF has fixed something in the backend, compared to the earlier long waits. I got my February GV credited for normal SC's immediately and DSC's came through in about a week for flights during Christmas time. Hopefully the trend continues and the need to watch for six (eight) weeks and call them gradually reduces.

My bookings have reverted to mixed results with some posting double SCs later and others not at all.

Not easy to keep a track. Will have to go back to July and go through each flight.

I have a GV that a couple weeks ago I used for travel next month. I assume that, putting aside the GV part, I would not get DSCs because travel is beyond 20 January. Is that a fair assumption?

Well at least that solves the issue of where to credit the two KA segments that are part of the CX mistake fare. I can't tell you how excited I am to be earning 1650 Qantas points!

So I have 6 unused $50 vouchers - rang the other day to get them merged and the guy said yep but you need to book your flight now - I was still debating what date to go so I said no I'll do it later. But he did say there would be no charge because I couldn't do it online.

Just rang to get them merged and spoke to the Premium line in Hobart and they want $40 to merge the vouchers so I said no thanks. Now I'll have to work out how I'm going to get rid of them before the 4/2 but I'll probably HUACA some other time.

Does anyone know what hours the Hobart CC are open

Usually just book by for travel in the next ~12 months.

The QF gift voucher page says: "Qantas Flight and Gift Vouchers purchased on/after 31 March 2018 are valid for three years from date of issue, irrespective of the expiry date shown on the voucher."

I have 6 which is a pain - if it gets close and I can't use them I'm just going to give them away rather than Qantas get the money for nothing
