I can now report that the missing DSC's have come through, nine weeks after the flight was taken. No further intervention by me, they just appeared yesterday.
In fairness to Qantas, my DSC's seem to be flowing in correctly at present. There was one pair of flights that took ten days or so, but the others are coming through within a few days.

great news.

I also had my last set of DSC for this promo post 2 days post flying (in line with the usual experiences) so... no complaints here.

typical QF.

2 delayed bookings, originally made within minutes on 5th Feb afternoon, flights flown 2 weeks
ago credited in 2 days. Flights on 2nd booking taken over the last weekend and original SC's posted fine, but zero DSC. *sigh*

so I guess so starts the 8 week wait before contracting QF

yup I am firmly of the feeling if they do not post within a few days something has gone amiss and they never will without intevention

And sometimes the will to do that battle eludes you. Currently though I seem to be ‘in credit’. And I ain’t going to intervene on that one! Because I had to ask for an invol reroute the system seems to have, umm, had a positive hiccup.

All my recent flights have posted double SCs quickly yet last weekend's flights have not posted.

Hard to keep up.
hmm that gives me some hope then that there's just a delay or issue and they will catch up..... for both of us (and anyone else affected!)

So bored with constantly having to chase QF because of their shitty IT systems.
I'm told its part of the game, but I have to agree. Time wasted on stupid, stupid, conversations. Hang up, try again. Eventually get a result. How hard is this stuff? I'm not in IT but I have sufficient understanding of basic logic programming to be able to say that Qantas need to find a wall and stand their IT people against it!

Yesterday they posted double SCs for both last weekends flights and Fridays flight. Sundays flight has not yet posted.

It's possible they are doing these manually in batches.

Same for me, DSC for Friday flight also posted yesterday and my flight for Sunday posted this morning so maybe you should see them now?

Have a trip during Christmas (not part of DSC) so if they post their standard SC like they normally do, on the day or a day later, then I'll finally be gold (first time ever) for my return on the 26th. A nice Christmas present! Hopefully they don't have any technical difficulties from the 21st Dec so my SC and status comes through!
