Did you get a double sc offer? My expiry is 31 August and only received a 50% extra offer, with only 5 days to book. :) (which I did though, 50% better than nothing)

Wow..no offence but that stinks!! The thing that annoys me the most is that we only were able to book over a 6 day period. I now am ready to book more flights early October but the time period has passed, yet your offer allows you to book right up to the last day. Perhaps make me feel better Markis, was this offer only for platinum?:)

Yep, i'm an OCT 31 too, just got mine.

Bad timing though, i'm off on 6 weeks holidays (i.e. less flying as all mine is to/from work in another state at my expense) next week and i've already got my holiday flights booked already (on SQ)

I've got 6 more ADL-SYD returns, looks like i need to be flying these in JASA's if they're still around to get to WP ;)

I hear you! I am waiting on 400 SC's to post to my account as well. Same advice, you need to wait a few weeks before they post to your account. Previous DSC offers were posted straight away so it must be the new QF enhancements introduced. I even tweeted their social media person today (who has always been fantastic and quick at getting back to me) and she was advised by their loyalty team that the process can't be sped up! Looks like I'll have to wait longer for those 8,000 bonus FF points too for my second loyalty bonus of the year

I reeived a DCS offer in June.
Booked and took a few trip during the eligibility period, which i believe was until end of july (lost the offer so struggling to recall dates)
Its been 4 weeks since my first flight and none of the credits have posted. I called Qantas a few times but first they couldnt confim I took the offer, then they claim I need to wait until end of August when the promotion ends (although like I say, Im sure it expired end July)
Any suggestions?

Thanks

Another DSC recipient for 31 October. Only 280, scratch that, 140 SC to go.

I've given up - year ends 30 Sep.

Oh well - QF's loss as I would have spent extra with them.

Instead - I save my money..... Or do I stretch for VA WP... Hmmm, decisions, decisions.

Hi congee, I'm exactly the same.....received DSC offer for first time, and have 280 ie 140sc to go....

Looking at flights now. :D

unfortunately, just last week, I booked Syd - HK return in premium economy for departure in September

TQ

Nothing here, and I'm an Oct 31.

I'm only 200 off anyway, so I'm sure I won't be able to resist the temptation to book travel to cover that!

I got it. Double SC from Aug 01st till Oct 31st (my renewal date)!

Never having received this, QF are holding off until my membership clicks over at the end of this month.

Hint, hint .... QF .... pretty please !!

Regards,

BD

Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

When I called up apparently they had a problem with the system recording who had been registered and they had to manually register.

FWIW I think this is an issue of hitting the link on the email and if you're not already logged onto the QF site the pop-up registered screen has none of your QFF details.

Most people probably open the email........hit the link....see the confirmation screen and then get on with their lives.

Taking screen shots is a good source for confirming things.

I have again confirmed with the Frequent Flyer team that your flights have definitely been registered and will come across soon. As advised, it can take up to 4-6 weeks. However let me know if this is not your experience.

Hi Red Roo seems the timing for DSC posting has changed. Rang QFF this morning as the 6 week mark for one of my flights ticked over yesterday.....got told to stop ringing as the credits take 6-8 weeks to post.

Another Enhancement.......

T&C does say
Bonus Status credits may take up to 6 weeks after completion of your travel to be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.

Oh, well. Let the waiting game commence.

What would happen if this was after the end of your year ?
