Double Status Credits 2013

I had some domestic DSC trips that had not credited (others had within 3 days). The ticket was originally a voucher that was actually ticketed within the DSC offer period - so should qualify. I called the FF line and they were instantly* credited. Call the FF line - not customer care. Note too that I did that and it somehow went to the Plat line - but they then on-passed it to the FF line.

(*showed within an hour or so)

Having a similar problem - although not yet solved. Booked and undertook a flight in June using a voucher issued in December - my booking shows no dates other than the original voucher purchase. Bit strange as I also paid the difference between the voucher and the ticket at the time of booking. Qantas is looking into it and hopefully getting back to me with good news.

They are taking a loooooong time to post......have rung the FF line twice & have been advised (twice) that they'll post on the day of the calls.....nothing.

Missing 200SC and pretty keen to see them on the statement.

Give Red Roo a PM.

Give Red Roo a PM.

hmm, did that 11 - about to be 12 days ago:!:

PM was answered after a few days with - I've forwarded it to the FF team....I called the FF team twice since the PM was sent to RedRoo. Both agents that I spoke with advised, no worries I'll get this sorted today:evil:

Bit of a joke all round.

When I used my voucher a new eticket was issued. And that has dates! It's the eticket issue date that should help you. No eticket perhaps?

Gift voucher?

I was able to successfully state my case that using a gift voucher purchased in December to purchase flights in June was a new flight booking under the conditions of the double SC offer.

Same here, the operator was aware of the issue and did whatever she had to do to get it resolved after my quick call.

It seems to be that the issue is that I booked it with a voucher and the date comes through as 20th Feb which is when the voucher was issued not on May 24th when I booked the flights. I called the FF desk as per another poster's suggestiong (thanks!) on Wednesday and they said they would look into it but it would take a day or two. Will follow up in a couple of days. I don't think that these would have come through at all had I not called from the description of when they thought the booking date is and whether or not I was eligible.

Thanks to the helpful Bernadine at the call centre - my voucher flight was manually adjusted and DSC have posted.

Hi,

Looks like my activity has been adjusted thanks to the lovely Sev. At first they didn't have a record of my offer sent on May 10th and hadn't called back as promised to say I wasn't eligible. However forwarded an email to [email protected] and they have applied extra SCs after seeing I was eligible within an hour. Next step to get the soft landing offer of 80 SCs before end of July recognised! Took 4 goes but thanks to the tip to call the FF department directly that seems to be the go.

Off subject but I rang the FF Dept todaty ( platinum ) over another matter to cancel 2 x ASA tickets due to ill health of one of the travellers. Their service to say the least was amazing !!

Ok so one more call to get this sorted for silver and it's done. Does anyone know if you used to get 2x Qantas Club passes though? The guy assured me that you could guest someone in and I said er... might want to check on that. Still should be good for the gfs layover in LAX.

Yeah it says 1x only.on the.website. it did used to be two though right? Maybe add that on to the qantas " enhancements" thread

Thanks for your efforts......looks like I'm going to have to wait the full 6 weeks.

It's been a number of years since my last Silver pack, but I thought it was always just one? Of course, you can guest someone on that single pass as well...
