Does Club Jetstar give discounts on Star Class airfares?

I am just looking into Star Class fares to Bali on Jetstar and wondering whether joining Club Jetstar would be worthwhile as the discount on luggage and seats won't be required.

As a Club member, I just did a dummy booking on Jetstar Business and cannot see there being a discount provided on anything.
