I joined on here a couple of years ago but didn't post much, if at all. (Did send a couple of PM though.)

I tried to log on a couple of weeks ago but got an error message that username or password I used were incorrect. Tried to get my password e-mailed but to no avail. Having tried all my active e-mail addresses I gave up  thinking that I must have used one back when I first registered (like @today.com.au) that is no longer around.

Then I started to wonder if AFF had "forgotten" about SFSC altogether  so I registered again & here I am :D . Hopefully I'll be a little more active this time.

Welcome back SFSC. We look forward to your contributions. :p

I would imagine after a period of inactivity that membership would lapse. I'm sure admin or one of the mods will know for sure though.

Cheers,

Welcome back!:D

I hope the time allowed between posts before being terminated isn't too short - given the frequency I post, I could be terminated quite frequently.

Was it painful ...?

I seem to recall that shortly after the move to this version of AFF software, there was a cleanup of inactive users that had not posted. Maybe you were caught up in that?

More disconcerting than painful. As an older person I'm apprehensive about any possible onset of dementia so forgetting the password and not being able to remember which e-mail I used to register rang alarm bells  And got me wondering if I had consumed too much booze in the QP ;)

Thanks folks for the welcome back messages :D
