Hi all,

Looking at travel insurance quotes and TID if include Dubai(transit flight, wont leave airport)
Premium rises $115!

Do you mark every country you touch down in...transit or just those leave the actual airport?

If only transiting (i.e. staying airside) then there should be no need.

Still, I do compare with and without country of transit in any case and decide from there.

Try columbus - ISTR no checnge in premium; there's an AFF discount for paid members.

This page from the TID website suggests you don’t have to include stopovers

“You don't need to add stopovers if they are up to 2 nights, but you will need to add all the countries you are going to. If your plans change or you're not sure where you are going, make sure you have added the countries you know you are travelling to and add Worldwide to ensure you are covered for any unplanned side trips.”
