David Jones: AMEX to Latitude

but interestingly AMEX have discontinued this card as of 11th March

That seems a bit odd. It was a good entry level card for someone who wanted the basic rewards and benefits without all the extras. Wonder if they'll replace it with something else?

  1. Looks like the In-store services are pretty much staying the same.
  2. Three levels of cards - Icon, Prestige and Premier.
  3. Points earn varies by where you spend (DJs, petrol stations/supermarkets/everywhere else)
  4. Points can be redeemed for rewards such as, digital gift cards, Points for credit, to pay with points, and for a transfer of points (e.g. Airline frequent flyer programs).
3 cards, icon? Not on website
Do you know what the earn rate is eg. 2000= $10 off?

Has anyone found out the redemption ratio to airline frequent flyer program under the Latitude rewards? It looks like you have to log into the David Jones rewards hub to find out, and they don't even publish it on its T&C.

Has anyone found out the redemption ratio to airline frequent flyer program under the Latitude rewards?

Asking Latitude recently about frequent flyer partners they currently have, the answer is zero, and it is only the cashback, gift cards or David Jones online points redemptions currently, the same in the link I’d posted earlier on the Latitude help desk page

So that means I should get my points out now.

So it looks like the AMEX website has some streamlined Product Transfer options for those of us still with DJ cards. Offers end 28 May.
