Hey, thanks for the heads up - there was definitely some awkward formatting coming through on there.

I've been working on some improvements (especially around making it usable on mobile) since this started getting a few more eyes on it, so this was a good nudge to get them live. Should hopefully be looking a lot better for you now. The store list is behind a click now instead of a hover, but hopefully it's a much nicer experience to browse on both desktop and mobile. 🙂

If you see any issues in future, always appreciate a ping here (dm is great to avoid making this too much of a support thread) or you can always find my details via the link in the page footer 😉.

I stumbled onto another weird one at DM.
Stonier Reserve Pinot Noir is usually list at $80-$90, but recently, early in the morning, it has been appearing at $53.99/$51.30.
I placed one order last Tuesday and received 2023 vintage, not the greatest, but I've tried one now and it's Ok for me at the cheaper price.
I did another order this morning, hoping for 2024 this time.
The price seems to jump back to normal around 8:30-9:00 am, for me the price seemed to jump immediately after my order at 8:35.

I'm told there are other wines with this sort of pricing glitch, but I don't have any details yet.

Yes, there are a select number that do this, including a number of champers and whiskies. Ive generally found coincides with the location bug.
Amd wait for a discount weekend and also use GCs etc..

Anyone else trying for the Giaconda release this morning? Got the credit card deets in and the website crashed and now can't get back. Anyone else have any luck?

Same it failed after putting in the credit card details, they need a come up with another way of doing this.

PS also can’t shake the feeling that there are loads of scalpers buying now just for a quick resale at twice the price

Without a doubt. I've never tried it because I've never been able to get my hands on a bottle for under $250, so I was hoping for two, but no doubt most are going for 4 and will resell.

After I was kicked out at payment, I reloaded and ordered again. Declined this time due to exceeding the maximum quantity. Seems it went through, and have now belatedly received email confirmation. Allocation keeps shrinking!

Site crashed when I hit Payment button.
Not able to get confirmation of purchase, but purchase shows up as pemding on my credit card.
So I'm assuming I got my 4 bottles or they will have to refund.
I missed out entirely within 2 minutes last year.
It's a total cough show.

Either put your prices up or make the allocation more exclusive.
The current system is just a reseller honey pot.
 
completely random process. got 4 chards but did not get the roussane or pinot even though put in 2 of each of them. Happy with the result but thought it did not go through at the payments page. as the website didnt go any further but 40 mins later got the email confirmation and checked my credit card got hit for the 4 bottles... and $25 postage. Did not get anything last year so happy with the 4 bottles. I will not resell!

I think a better system is have staggered release for those who support them and have ordered in the past
