Well 1 minute check shows Kent St Cellars Bollinger $10 cheaper than Dan’s so do the math from there - you should end up final price 27 or 28% cheaper than the list price on Dans web site.

Similar with Charles Heidsieck - haven’t looked any further - long weekend here in MEL should allow time for some homework

Pretty much everyone on the planet gets these every few months. It's the standard way that GWD conduct their marketing. If you have a search trough this thread you'll see that there are generally negative views about how they operate and the wines they offer.
