If useful, Halliday says no - 2016 scores 96, as do 2018 and 2019. The lowest score is 2015 at 95, highest are 97s and 98s. So not the best year, but not the worst.

I got the 17/18 Grange packs for my boys (Probably to be inherited!)
Value is still questionable, but I haven't seen top vintage Grange at $612 for a while.

Current starting bids at auction at Langtons for the '17 are $598 and '18 $622, ex commission so not a bad price really. Value is a separate discussion
