I've noticed quite a few errors on Gray's such as description not matching the title (wrong size or number of bottles) or wrong image used. Also, apparently Absolut Vodka is apparently made in Russia now.

Not sure who writes these but attention to detail is not their strong suite so need to pay attention.

I've also made a lot of great purchases from Gray's but they don't take any accountability for corked or otherwise damaged wines so you win some you lose some. A few have gone straight down the sink unfortunately.

Gray's will refund for severely mis-described or faulty wines that are not from private cellars, I've had success several times and sometimes they don't even want the wine back.
