Gray's will refund for severely mis-described or faulty wines that are not from private cellars, I've had success several times and sometimes they don't even want the wine back. It does take a week or two for the process to work through. I use this Submit a request page: https://support.grays.com/hc/en-au/requests/newI've noticed quite a few errors on Gray's such as description not matching the title (wrong size or number of bottles) or wrong image used. Also, apparently Absolut Vodka is apparently made in Russia now.
Not sure who writes these but attention to detail is not their strong suite so need to pay attention.
I've also made a lot of great purchases from Gray's but they don't take any accountability for corked or otherwise damaged wines so you win some you lose some. A few have gone straight down the sink unfortunately.
How long ago where they good? Are the Lindemans trio what they used to be? Hard to find reviews of the more recent vintages. Is it possible that the quality has dropped? The 2022 that's currently on cellardoor.co is well priced, but I'm wondering if they are the wines they used to be.

Pyrus and St George were top shelf in my fam, and very delicious, in the late 80s/early 90s. Haven't had many since mainly due to price, but there's a whack of it ageing in my cellar now due to cellardoor vouchers and discounts... Here's hoping the label hasn't gone to s**tThe Lindeman's trio (Limestone Ridge, St George and Pyrus) are single vineyard wines from Coonawarra. When I first got into wine (15-20 years ago) they were always highly regarded.
Yeah in the '90s the Trio were great. $30-$40 back then on special of I recall. No inflation here. Love the labels from back then too!
