This 2024 release is 91% Heathcote fruit (from the same vineyards as Tyrrell’s famous Rufus Stone and Lunatiq Shiraz) with the rest from their iconic Hunter Valley estate.

Interesting... looking at crump's BWSerator there are currently only 13 items of wines and spirits on clearance across the whole ACT (5 wines, 8 spirits).

I wonder if this means we might see some new lines coming along soon (or if there's a glitch somewhere...)

There is a glitch. More items on clearance than on crumpy’s list.

Good deal, clearly passing on their savings from their lack of website investment (hello 1990s)!

Might be of interest to some people.

Received this from Kane. I have purchased a bit of Serafino from him about two years ago at a significant discount. Looks like he is selling a bit of Clare Valley wines now. Might be of interest to some?

Dear Wine Loving Customers,
I’ve pulled together an incredible range of award-winning wines at prices that are almost too good to be true. Included are 98-point and 96 point reviews… and not a bottle over $22.50.
Perfect for your Christmas table, gifts, or just to stock up on premium wines at prices well below RRP.

  • BUYER BEWARE => AVOID
unless one TRUSTS a merchant/vendor, NEVER pay via direct deposit, as it doesn't provide purchase protection similar to that of AmEx/Mastercard/Visa

There are a few of my people who never received their last orders from Kane's previous venture (Grape Belief?) a couple of years back...
I also received a different wine to what was ordered when I purchased Serafino. I don't think there is any nefarious intent but given the poor track record of admin, the deal needs to be outstanding
Yes, we were aware of Kane's various health issues over a lengthy period and people made many efforts to resolve the non-delivery. I'm not sure if any of them got a refund or eventually gave up. I stopped buying early after delayed deliveries and lack of communication so wasn't part of the final saga.
