Was excited to see the Wynns Pedro Ximenez. Then realised I needed to order a dozen of them, which would be a lifetime supply of sweet sherry.

I was pondering a Coldstream Hills reserve pinot noir for $43 but have plumped for a case of Pepperjack rose instead for $71 as I'm down to my last half a dozen bottles of rose.

My friend had an issue with Kane also after we purchased many boxes of Serafinos. Turned out that he was unwell and was in the hospital.
To cut the long story short, Kane could not supply him the wine he originally chose but offered to refund or replace with some aged Gaelic Shiraz with interest as the whole saga took well over a year.

If your people are still out of the pocket, I dare to suggest they reach out to Kane.

Yes, we were aware of Kane's various health issues over a lengthy period and people made many efforts to resolve the non-delivery. I'm not sure if any of them got a refund or eventually gave up. I stopped buying early after delayed deliveries and lack of communication so wasn't part of the final saga.
