Showing 40%, tracking 20% so hold fire until fixed or be prepared to battle customer service.

EDIT - Shopback's acknowledged the issue and is working on a fix.

FURTHER EDIT - Fix is now done. Let's hope they adjust mine.

The BWS checkout page won't load up on any device (windows 10 or 11) or browser for me at the moment. I've clicked through SB and put items in the cart but then the wheels spin.

Suggest using the Shopback app on your phone. It works reliably for me.

That worked. But it turns out a bag of potato chips was causing the website to poop itself. Replaced with corn chips and sailed on through, tracking at $30 cap. I wonder if BWS has a web programmer guy that has, ahem, a chip on his shoulder with Smiths?

Order was $87, 40% would have been more than $30 so I guess so.

Mine tracked 40%. I got a bottle of Wolf Blass Black for $65 less $26 ShopBack. It has to be worth $39 even though there has been some disappointment expressed here.
