Thanks! I ordered 6 of the 2018 Cape Mentelle Wallcliffe Cabernet Franc Petit Verdot. Could not find any reviews of it, possibly CD only. Bought on the strength of the wine maker. Anyone had it?

Surely the 1847 Grand Pappy’s Shiraz at $45 down from $320 !!

'21 Utopos Grenache for $39 looks the goods to me!!

I was also tempted by it as I like the winery. But I got put off by the Huon Hooke review.

Surely the 1847 Grand Pappy’s Shiraz at $45 down from $320 !!

What?!? Are you trying to suggest that bottles of 1847 and Chateau Yaldara wines aren't worth the ~$500 RRPs they're usually offered for? Think of the savings over buying Grange or Hill of Grace!

When I can buy eleventy billion dollars worth of wine for a few hundred bucks, that's surely gotta be a steal, right?!

I've tried First Pick and Grand Pappy's 2021 vintage bought at around $60 and they are pretty good wines at that price, especially the First Pick.
But didn't go for the 2020's.
I did go for the Utopos, a couple of Marsicans, some Terra Sancta Mysterious Diggings and one bottle of Curtis Octavian to try.
