Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Wondering that too, no doubt all the well known stuff will go for a mint, but wondering if there's some low hanging fruit worth a punt on even for something with a bit of age.
Sounds like we should have a look and rely on our friend Anzac Paul's altruistic offer of help if we snag any!

The Wine Collective has a mixed case of 11 x Reschke Bos cabernet 2014 and 1 x Reschke Empyrean 2014 cabernet for $279, with free shipping. 14% off with Cashrewards brings it down to $240, which feels like a decent offer (rare these days for TWC).
This deal is back here, although now up to $289. However 8.8% cashback from Cash Rewards brings it down to ~$264. I opened up a bottle of the Bos a few weeks ago, decent value around the $25 mark for an aged Coonawarra cabernet, with the Empyrean thrown in for free.

anyone on the auction atm? what do you think about the prices? I think they're going for pretty good prices. paying retail for older vintages.

I couldn't help myself and snagged a lot comprising 22 btls. Now to try to navigate the horrors of arranging collection and courier. Pack n send prices are ugly!
Out of interest, what did you manage to grab? I'm overseas atm, so didn't bid, but there were some interesting wines listed.

20%/uncapped Cashrewards on wine (excludes Penfolds/Champagne/Sparkling) @ Vintage Cellars - ends today - after also 5% myColes:

Devils corner have a promotion on at the moment - buy 6 of their range* and you can redeem a $100 per-paid master card. Places like bottle-O are selling 6 for $125 And other places are less. Promo is only redeemable once per person…. and ends tomorrow

I don’t mind their Chardonnay, at less than $4.20 it’s very good value imo

*applicable wines in last photo

It says exclusive to IGA/Cellarbrations/Bottle-o stores but then lists Dan’s in the options for redemption. Do you know if purchases there qualify?

No sorry, i was in a Thirsty Camel and someone was complaining to a staff member about their price and how Bottle-O were offering a $100 pre-paid Mastercard so went to one to check it out

Bummer, appears this has closed now, per the website : Promotion closes 12.01am 16/04/23.
The T&Cs say 11.59PM 16/4/23, so that's what I'm going off (I have a Cellarbrations around the corner so will check that today).

Well, I ducked down and grabbed a case of pinot noir from my local Cellarbrations (for $138, so a little over the Bottle-O price, but not requiring nearly as much stuffing around), and have lodged a claim. The email confirming my claim stated '*Open to AU res 18+. Ends: 11:59pm AEST 16/4/23. Limit 1 claim per person. Retain receipt.'

FWIW, the guy behind the counter said to make sure I put the claim in today.
