I checked the moment I received the email about this. Only the 2019 was ever showing for me. And even that only via delivery.

So funny- I got all excited about this deal, chose carefully, put in cart, felt glad to see it was still in stock, chose delivery as it is a delivery only deal, went to checkout and lo - 'one item could not be delivered in your area, pls remove it'. WTF?? Can deliver in Sydney but Canberra is out!

I used a Gold Coast address and sent it to myself (in ACT) as a Gift.

I just tried with another order (bill to sydney but send to Canberra as gift) and it appears to have gone through... comes with a warning that it might take an additional 2-4 days. This might be a good way around some of the silly availability issues with Dan's...

The workarounds have been posted here previously a few times by various people. The other one to try if Gift doesn't work is to have multiple items in the cart (with a working address not your own) and use the option to split between multiple recipients. Then add your address and finish the process with just your own address.
