The Rapaura Springs wines are well made but will be a more commercial/mass production style - hence the price point and (sorry if I sound too snobbish) distribution via First Choice.
If I was buying Pinot Noir, I would look at more boutique wineries, for example Lone Star Creek PN would deliver at a similar price point.
2018 Lone Star Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir - Premium - $15 - $40 this Pinot made by Franco d’Anna (of Hoddles Creek fame)
Personally I would not hung up too much on the discount of RRP or an increased cashback or a coupon when choosing a good PN, I would be more interested in choosing a good drop first (not other way around) and if there is a cashback - I would view it as a bonus.
That said, don’t let me stop you, if it is your local shop, grab a bottle and have it with your dinner. And if it floats your boat, grab a case or two later.
