I have 25 deliveries coming from WA, QLD and NSW to satisfy my orders. One of my orders was split into 6 separate deliveries.

It's probably only going to impact those with a large number of deliveries, but my advice is to keep a close check on things.

I had one delivery today which consisted of three separate consignments (coming from different locations). There should have been 30 bottles in 6 boxes. I got 24 bottles in 5 boxes. Spent the last 20 mins on the phone with Dan's trying to sort things out. Have been told this is very rare (which I find difficult to believe), they will investigate and I'll get either a refund or a new delivery. Given everything is sold out, I expect I'll be getting a refund.

All of this makes it very difficult to keep track of Dan Murphy mistakes.

I could stack this 10% earlier today with the 6 bottles 10% off to make it 20% off but for some reason the app isn't recognising the 6 bottle 10% off now. Is this the same for everyone?

It's probably only going to impact those with a large number of deliveries, but my advice is to keep a close check on things.

I had one delivery today which consisted of three separate consignments (coming from different locations). There should have been 30 bottles in 6 boxes. I got 24 bottles in 5 boxes. Spent the last 20 mins on the phone with Dan's trying to sort things out. Have been told this is very rare (which I find difficult to believe), they will investigate and I'll get either a refund or a new delivery. Given everything is sold out, I expect I'll be getting a refund.

All of this makes it very difficult to keep track of Dan Murphy mistakes.

My first lot arrived but from the same store it seems in QLD. Tomorrow will be the test with 30 bottles coming from 3 different locations to fulfill the order.

I’m the same only 8 bottles came today but four of them were wrong. I find Dans quite unreliable on low count Under Wraps or Clearance items. Often picked incorrectly. Often same winery but different product. Today it was Pinot Noir instead of Shiraz.
I should make it easier and just order in cases 😂

I also organized a refund on an over pricing where discount wasn’t applied.
Unfortunately that was messed up as well.

Fight them. Play hard ball.
Tell them to make it a case of baby grange and call it even.

Just seeing if anyone used this some time back and had the $25 share track OK? Mine hasn't appeared and chasing now with them - totally forgot about it. Be good to know if others who used it received it fine?

Completely forgot to check, but mine came through fine. I've had it happen before, just replied to the promo email and attached a screenshot of receipt, points were allocated the next day.

I had an issue with them when I ordered 2 dozen vodka's in another price error frenzy - they only sent one and claimed they delivered the second and used the same photo as proof of delivery - Dan's are usually good with 'the customer is always right' and happily sent another one.
