In this case, it was delivered to my work, signed for by a receptionist and then when I eventually opened it I found them hot, so unfortunately not a lot of scope for me to intervene.
Totally understand your hesitancy tielec in terms of getting into stoushes over poor service, I've made quite a few purchases through CellarOne (really like their 6-pack concept rather than having to order a dozen of an untried wine plus free freight) and had zero issues. Having said that, I have sent a consignment back because the wine didn't match my expectations and they were very friendly and obliging in an "old school" way. I'm quite confident that you could open a bottle and try one and regardless of it being heat-affected or not send the remainder back for a refund, that way you don't have to get into the whole "rejected delivery" scenario....

Heirloom A’Lambra Eden Valley Shiraz 2015 A wine of beauty and
substance. From the first sip to the final swallow this has you
wrapped around its finger. It tastes of fresh boysenberry and
pure plum, mint and violets, wood smoke from oak, and fivespice
notes adding some extra flash. Firm but ultra-fine tannin
plays tugboat to the power of fruit, guiding it through the finish.
It’s a standout. Screwcap. 14.5% alc. Rating 97 To 2040 $80

Also at MWG (same company) 2015 Mystery 97 Point Single Vineyard Eden Valley Shiraz

If you like your Eden Valley Shiraz, the predecessor to the A'Lambra above, the Heirloom Eden Valley Reserve Shiraz 2013 is $44.99 at MWG.
2013 Heirloom Vineyards Eden Valley Shiraz

Or $80 at Qantas wine... Heirloom Reserve Eden Valley Shiraz 2013

I bought a dozen of this @ $27pb a couple of years ago.
I couldn't wait, I haven't tried one of these for a long time.

The colour is pretty amazing, dense, black-centred, deep red at the edges, magenta against the light, no sign of age here, would pick it as '15 or '16 on colour.

Slightly dusty, savoury nose, subdued spicy/red fruit notes.

The palate shows a little more development than the colour does, juicy, savoury, red fruited, but a bit darker as well, some dark spice, all neatly framed in fine but firm tannins, oak just a background. Complex and long.

Well, this is pretty damn good, 7 left now, aim to drink one a year, no hurry though.

Just worked for me too - simply added it to the basket and then the coupon. I bought the gift card last night and then delayed the purchase hoping cashrewards rate would go up today ($44 tracked on full amount.. well for now anyway like @ste667 said). Thanks for the heads up all, if cashrewards actually pays out that amount, and after gift cards are accounted, it comes to $268.20
