Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Interesting. 2011 not up on the Grant Burge website. Wine Searcher has no Australian retailers selling it according to Wine Searcher. Maybe GB decided not to release it to mass market in Aus, given the quality of the vintage.

The 2010 Shadrach is on Cracka for about $50 with CR and the CRACKAPAYPAL code if anyone is interested.

Had a cracking 2006 on Christmas day last year.
CR 10% + CRACKAPAYPAL code brings it down to ~$46.50 IMCAC.

Tks for the head up ste667 - you are a wonderful supplier of quality info and your posts are greatly appreciated.

Jeez that was quick - the 68 bucker Dan's secret selection ordered Monday just arrived - it is indeed Meshach but alas no wooden boxes:

And Dan's on the money with vintage also - 2010 was delivered:

Good to see that Dan's stick to their word with 2010 vintage guaranteed on delivery. Hoping to get the same when collecting tomorrow.

Thanks Ste667 for the Cracka post, finally found what to do with the PayPal code before it expires.

Finally talked myself into getting some and the deal is off! Ah well, am sure there will be another opportunity, and my wine budget is glad..

Have you had one before? I had a 2009 a few months ago - (still very new to wine), and did not thing it was that awesome for such an expensive bottle. Would be interesting to try it again now I have developed my taste buds abit.

Meshach is a $70 wine. Representative of that priced wine in my view. It is not a $130 bottle of wine. At that level I'd put wines like John Riddoch well ahead of the Meshach (and yes I know these are very different types of wine).

I had a 2002 Meshach last year which I thought was sensational.

Yet to try a John Riddoch, but very keen too. I'm guessing the 2015 will be a blockbuster year (based on the BL), so it could be time!

We had a 2005 Meshach Saturday night - sublime. As Ralphy says John Riddoch totally different and could / should not be compared.

Just a letter from Cellarmasters with promo offer for 2015 Reynella Limited Release McLaren Vale Shiraz case 12 for $208.88 + handling fee $1.20 free delivery. Included also is $25 Voucher and with CR 12% price will come back to ~$13.41 IMCAC.

Anybody know anything about it?

Cruiser, are you saying CM offer a voucher for future use?
I was tempted by the Reynella offer.

In letter I received is $25 CM Voucher - so advertised price $209.88 + $1.20 handling = $211.08 for case 12.

CR are offering 12% rebate for Cellarmasters - but I cannot work out how to access the cheaper mail promo rate of $209.88 rather than the standard rate on CM site which is $299.88 case 12.

Where did they pull the RRP of $184.99 from?! isn't it around $90?

I assume you are refering to Shadrach, no way in the world $184... have seen it a number of times around $80 and I think even dans had it for $67 in six pack

Its on langtons for $55 per bottle buy it now as well
