Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Don't know about the professional reviews but JHammer from Adelaide can be quoted in the customer reviews as saying: "This wine is everything that fans of the region adore. The essence and taste of the Goonawarra is in every mouthful" mmm mmmm

Picked up a couple of the Wynns black label cab sav 2015 from my local Dan's this arvo, thanks for the tip. Priced at ~$32 if you buy less than 6.
I noticed while I was there a couple of inconsistencies with the latest catalogue; eg the GB Filsell is $30 in the catalogue but $~$27 on the shelf.

I noticed the same thing as well. It was around $25-27 with 6 or more.

From my few months working at Dan's they price match on a daily basis, so what was right in the catalogue yesterday may be wrong today. (Summer casual when I was a poor Uni student)

Bought 1 to drink and taste. Had a 09 Black Label a few weeks ago and only found it so so. I still rate the Xanadu Cab Sav's above it.
The 2015 might be a different story!

Hey unfunkable, where are you picking up your Xanadu? Cracka has 2013 for $210, less $50 for CRACKAPAYPAL code and cashback. Keen to hear about any better deals

The Wynns black label 2015 was nice, but I still rate the regular Xanadu Cab Sav above it . I still rate the Fraser Gallop Parterre Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 above both of them though :)

Have the Wynn Black Label prices dropped with the 2015 release?
DM have
26.2 in six for Cab Sav
24.90 in 6 for the shiraz..

Two deals worth noting:
- Halliday wine companion 2018 preorder (release tomorrow) with free 1 year Wine companion web access + magazines. $29.95 at Booktopia. Ozbargain just posted up the promo code BLISS, for free shipping. I have just ordered myself, although have never bought from Booktopia.

- A few sharp release prices on the 2015 Wynns Black Label Cab Sauv. Langtons are selling it for $25pb in a six. Dan Murphy's have beaten it at $24.90 in any six.

Edit: beaten to it on the Wynns
