For those who missed the BIRTHDAY25 or haven't used theirs yet the Wynns 2012 black label shiraz is back online and available for single bottle purchase wynns.com.au. Ends up $11 for a bottle delivered. Apologies if this is old news.
Edit:
No-longer able to purchase single bottle :( (thanks Feebs)
Thanks Fridge. Missed out last time but I managed to grab one last night @ $11 before they changed it to 6 bottle minimum :)

The Qantas Premier Platinum Card delivers up to 100k Qantas Points, 75 bonus Status Credits, complimentary lounge invitations and travel insurance. All this with a reduced first-year annual fee of $199.

Dans also has the Wynns Black Label Cabernet at $25.30 in any 6. Are they price matching someone?
Today is release of new Wynns vintages isn't it?
There are usually run-out deals on the previous vintages this time of year

Edit: actually wed Next week, but the point still stands
The 2020 Wynnsday Collection will be released on Wednesday 7th October 2020

Got a call from getwinesdirect, highly recommend people to use a secondary phone number when ordering from them to avoid getting calls.

Edit: Just to explain a bit, the call is not about the order itself. Instead they thought I haven't ordered a while and want to check in to see whether I am keen to order more.

Also is location specific - not $25.30 everywhere
So....it’s not shown as “clearance” or any other special pricing at those stores, so in theory any Dans store within 10km should be able to price match, right?

They called me too. To welcome me in and to check my first purchase arrived OK. I said yes it did thanks and then she said, OK great, bye. Was a little bizarre, but at least they didn't disguise their number so it can be added to my blocked number list...

Funny, whereas I could only send them last night a question about why the birthday25 code didn't work on my account when my (truly actual) birthday is in Oct... too late it seems!

Warning. GWD has dozens of different phone numbers (prefixed by 02, 03, 07 and 08). So, from all over the place. They will drive you crazy. They keep ringing on new numbers.

I made the mistake of ordering a dozen of something a year ago. The next mistake was answering a call from them, asking me how I enjoyed it, as they had another “great“ wine on offer. She was surprised at my “lukewarm” answer (I didn’t want to be too rude, as it was not her fault that the stuff was crap).

Edit: Anyway, I keep adding to my list of blocked callers, but my iPhone is not that great in silencing them.

Can't you update your GWD account with a bogus mobile number so they can't reach you in the future?

I changed my birthday date to a day before (hadn't used code) and waited a day or two and it worked. Chonka gave that gem of advice 👍

Opened the 2004 Chalambar tonight, did let it breathe for 4 hours in a decanter and it’s drinking like a dream! Lots of sediment in the bottle and needed the time to open up. Wouldn’t leave it any longer.
Thanks for the review.
Great to hear.
I’m still waiting for mine to appear

We bought one of those stupidly cheap mixed dozens from this group

And maybe a few weeks later they started he multiple calls including the hard sell,
They were persistent as hell, blocked a few numbers they called from,
Kind of felt sorry for the sales rep trying so hard
