Long times ago I ask ACCC about wrong pricing. The seller can reject the transaction due to an incorrect price. If this case happened often, it may get trouble. Basically, they can cancel and refund to you.

Just received an email from ‘Gerard’ at finewine saying price error but they will honour the order as goodwill gesture! Anyone else get this? If it arrives will be impressed they honoured

I just got a second call - after they called to refund me - saying they're going to honour my order. They certainly have some customer service!

Good luck to the rest of you. Will definitely keep shopping with them now

Wow. Fingers crossed mine goes through then. Anyone who had a bad day today - at least you're not the guy whose misprice sold 10k or more of champagne below wholesale

Will be interested to see whether they are 375ml or 750, as its the 375ml now showing (at twice your price :)) on their website.

Have to love a good price error! I Just picked up a couple two-piece suits for my sons for $9.99 a set this week from tarocash ;) including free postage and cahsrewards on top. Pretty sure there was a digit or two missing somewhere in the price

375ml is the 2004, not the Premier Grand Cru NV

Did anyone get a screenshot of price and bottle size if they end up sending 375ml?
the product page linked to the wine in your online order confirmation states volume 750

I believe the product description for the 750ml is wrong, which probably caused the mis-price to begin with. The Femme de Champagne is their top Cuvee, a Grand Cru and vintaged only (will probably be 00 or 04). This corresponds with the display picture.

Their Premier Cru Brut is the one with the advertised sale @ $50, some employee probably just Ctrl-F'd "Duval-Leroy Premier Cru" and ended up changing both product prices.

Yes, that seems to be how the wrong price happened :( :)

I didn’t receive a call or email but just checked my order history, it is showing as Premier Cru. Are others who have been told their orders will be honoured seeing the same thing in order history? And any thoughts on whether the Premier it is a keeper if it is delivered? The picture I ordered from was definitely the grand cru.
