


I have found this to be an increasing trend at SYD over the past few years.Fine for me (because I had time) but slightly disappointing service the other day. Despite plenty of very helpful staff in the dining areas (including roped off space) food was very slow to arrive. A few pax had to chase up the staff for their food, and one gentleman who had been there for at least 20 minutes left before receiving anything as his flight was called. Staff very apologetic.
