Lallier Rose was out of stock yesterday when I was there.

The crab linguini was yummy from the special menu.

Found a bottle of Taittinger in the champagne bucket today in the Flounge, it was like a step back in time to the old days, post Bolly, pre Perrier-Jouet They’re still out of the Lallier Rose, so it might be a ‘supersub’. I didn’t rate any the white wines today, so the Taittinger was nice surprise

Proper escort from reception to the roped off area today which was a nice treat. The menu is the same as previous pictures. All the food was excellent, in particular the strange flavoured chicken and the crudo.

Fine for me (because I had time) but slightly disappointing service the other day. Despite plenty of very helpful staff in the dining areas (including roped off space) food was very slow to arrive. A few pax had to chase up the staff for their food, and one gentleman who had been there for at least 20 minutes left before receiving anything as his flight was called. Staff very apologetic.



First time trying the linguini. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Same for the duck noodles albeit some time later.

Edit: Forgot that about 20 minutes after finishing my meal was told "Your linguine is on the way". Had to tell them I've already had it. Some system breakdown in the kitchen!

I have found this to be an increasing trend at SYD over the past few years.
