The SYD winter menu, and blow me down it looks like a proper step change from Autumn.

I did not notice it on the menu. What time does all day dining commence?

The SYD winter menu, and blow me down it looks like a proper step change from Autumn. We had the chilli caramel pork and prawn remoulade on brioche to start. Followed by the lamb shoulder and pad kra pao, and finished with the hummingbird cake. All very good

Interesting, SYD served the lamb with a single baby purple carrot. MEL has 2 each of baby orange carrots and baby parsnips.

Yours looks better than what I got (I didn’t even take a photo of the chicken, it was so lacklustre and looked like the portion I got was half as much as what you got)
