Coles gift card offers

I loaded a partially used yellow $250 Coles Mastercard GC into my Paypal and made it my "preferred" card. A one-off payment to Amaysim and a recurring payment to SMH subscription ended up being charged to an Amex card also held on file. I'm not a gambler so this randomness is somewhat annoying.

In saying that, Coles have done this before, but then still offered 2,000 points with the other Mastercards

But the more people that take up this deal, the more likely it is that future offers are 1,000 or 1,500 or not at all.

Like the variable load woolies cards at 10x points for $500 that haven't been round for ages now :(
