Sounds like a good idea as I have just about have had enough of wasting time on the phone only to be told that they need to extract the points from D!ck Smith and it is not Amex's responsibility that I have not received my points.I've been using the email system to chase this stuff up. Much easier.

Called Amex today and they have not made any progress since my last call in September! :shock:
They never called me back about ANY of the missing bonus points that I rang to chase up
Dick Smith points
NIB Health insurance points
Hotel Club points.
I eventually got a very nice lump sum of MR points, in the 6 figure range, for "Customer loyalty" though..... to stop me ringing......... :shock:
