Been trying to book a classic reward one way in Business Class from Tokyo to Sydney. Website says there is availability. Everytime I booked online it came up with a generic error. Called QFF and they said there's no availability in Business on the dates i'm trying to book! What the....
But QF website shows availability... Any ideas? The agent on the phone said there's nothing she can do. She said there are a good number of seats available.
