hi there
I noticed that once I sign in to my citibank account on my iPhone app there is a rewards button. If i click on that I can see another button called miles registration. When i click that it shows me a list of programs:
Air NZ
Cathay Pacific
Starwood
Emirates
Velocity
Qantas
Krisflyer

I was surprised that Air NZ, Cathay and Starwood were there since its not mentioned in any of their websites.

When I try to enrol into Starwood it says my card does not allow me access to that program.

Does anyone have a citibank card that allows for redemption over to starwood??

I know diners cards can transfer to SPG... but if other citi cards can do SPG I'm sure we'll all be VERY happy :)

What type of card do you have?

I suspect it's related to the diners MasterCard scheme.

I suspect it's related to the diners MasterCard scheme.

I thought Diners was run on a separate system even though it's owned by Citi. Certainly hope so and this is an advance sign of increased redemption partners for Citi points.

Someone noticed this a few months ago (I can't find the thread) and the speculation was the same, that it might be "coming soon", but nothing has came of it, unfortunately. We can only hope.

Here it is.

I was hoping it had something to do with the introduction of Premier Miles that is discussed below.

Lift Citibank! We want SPG (preferably added to the Select not a new card)!
