Update on my Qantas prestige shenanigans:Yes I complained and yes it was over web chat. Quote:

You can chat or contact us via phone with this number 13 24 84 (Option 1) and we are open 24 Hours / 7 Days. So that we can make a request for annual fee reversal.

So I paid $375 -$100 uber credit -> $275 for >150k qff points. Will now see if I can immediately churn a premier qff card and hit points club plus.
