Christmas drinks on the BAM [Fri 19th Dec 14]

Times still up in the air, but looking more like (90%) Friday Dec 19th, say 11am out of Central and we'll look at a stop at Revesby at 10.25am which is on the same line as the airport, possibly run through to Tarago for a 2 hour Loaded Dog (or somewhere else appropriate) stop then onto Canberra arriving about 6 hours earlier than last time. :cool:

As per other trips, I'll stock up on basic beers, some spirits and wines for all, just make a donation.

As today is the last day to earn double points (Qantas) and you're now at 90% sure (hope this doesn't bite me in the butt) I'm likely to go ahead and book this evening. and thinking of going for a WTB-SYD route to take in the new route, as it's still at $99! :D then perhaps breakfast in the SYD QP, before heading to Central!

Anyone else from QLD tempted to fly this rather strange route?

...it would be an 05:00 start! ;)

I'm booked from WTB (Toowoomba).

Interestingly for a QFLink service, when I manage my booking I can select actual seats, previously it was just window or aisle! :D
 
I have looked very hard at this and would really like to attend as I had a ball last year, but sadly, cannot.
